I love documenting birthday parties. I photography my own family. My client's kids.

And those of my friends.

One of the many benefits (many, many benefits ;) ) of having me for a friend is that I often have my camera with me... especially when I've recently bought a new lens and am eager to play with it. Such was the case for Xavier's birthday. Friends, pizza, cake... and lots of Minecraft are pretty much all any eleven year old wants for his special day. 

Many of these boys are the same ones we've been seeing every other week for Computer Programming and Minecraft Club. We're part of a pretty great group of homeschooling friends. I love how some of the images truly show who are kids are at this point in their lives.

Happy Birthday, Xavier. So glad we could be there to celebrate with you!
